The Wellplace website – a guide to workplace wellbeing run by the Health Promotion Agency – now features a case study on IAG’s staff domestic violence programme.

IAG NZ was originally awarded the DVFREE Tick by Shine in May 2019. IAG NZ have fully embraced DVFREE’s recommendations to provide support for their staff who experience domestic violence, with two of their own trainers accredited to deliver DVFREE training to their people leaders, and a team of First Responders who participate in annual refresher training as well as quarterly peer support sessions with a Shine expert.
