Shine is launching a new team, Te Kakano Tumanako in the western suburbs of central Auckland. This is a new frontline service that will work with all members of a family/whanau in an intensive collaborative way within the team and with other professionals. The team will consist of 6 Safety Practitioners (2 x Children’s, 2 x Men’s, 2 x Women’s) and a registered Psychologist.
We are seeking Women's, 2 Children's and 2 Men's Social Workers / Safety Practitioners - professionals with relevant qualifications or very strong family violence specialised experience to be part of a team who will be testing the efficacy of this innovative, evolving and intensive frontline service that is being provided to all members of a family/whanau. Members of this team will work in close collaboration with other community and statutory partners within a multi-agency framework.
